Does anyone have experience using CityLink in Ireland? We will be traveling in a few months to Ireland, going from Dublin --> Galway and Galway --> Cork and this seems like the best option for those trips.

I agree that the last time I looked at the Galway-Cork route, I preferred the bus schedule to the train schedule. But Dublin-Galway does have direct trains running 9x/day, under 2.5 hours; tickets are cheaper if purchased at least 90 minutes in advance at www.irishrail.ie, rather than in the train station.
