Ireland with an 8 month old

My husband and I are traveling to Ireland with our 8 month old. We are excited but we are looking for any tips specifically related to Ireland. We are traveling to Dublin, Galway, Dingle, and Killarney. Any ideas on whether we should bring a stroller? We are planning on bringing a baby carrier.

Also, if we do bring a stroller, should we bring a jogging stroller or like an umbrella stroller?

An umbrella stroller would probably be easier, but would your baby be comfortable in one all day?

Are there a lot of cobblestones and also hiking, would an umbrella stroller workout well in Ireland?

Don't remember any cobblestones but do remember a lot of areas with macadam sidewalks not concrete we are used to, especially in more rural areas.

I don't recall any cobblestones anywhere, either. As for hiking....do you take an umbrella stroller hiking here in the US? Dublin, Galway, and Killarney are cities with concrete sidewalks, so it should be much like home.
