Ireland with a 9 year old

Asking opinions and suggestion for travel, sights and places to stay that might be fun for our daughter too. We want to take our time and not have our DD get bored.

1st day Arrive in Shannon and stay near Bunratty, see the folk area

2nd day Drive to Blarney castle then drive over to Muckross
3rd day See Muckross House, Gap of Dunlop (Horse back ride or cart)
4th & 5Th day See Dingle area
6Th day take Ferry at Tarbert and drive to the Cliff of Mohr area,
7th day See Cliffs and Burren then drive to Connemara
8th day See Connemara
9th-12th day Drive to Donegal to meet family

12th day Fly to London

On another stream someone mentioned a B&B with Irish wolf hounds?? (Good website to find B&B's)
Driving - does this seem like too much??
Thanks for your suggestions!!!

Mill town appears to be book at the time we want to visit.

Thanks for the kid ideas. I had forgotten about the falcons, so we will definitely do that. This is the first I'm hearing about the sheep herding. I've added that to the list too.

Does anyone think driving from Bunratty to Blarney Castle then over to Muckruss is too far to drive in one day? (our second day there)
