Hello,
Does anyone have any recommendations on a private day tour/driver service for Ring of Kerry? Mid-May for 2 adults and 2 children. We are looking at Dingle Slea Head Tours or Kemmare. Any other companies? What is a reasonable price? What should we budget for gratuity? Our accommodations are located in Aughills Inch Beach area, just outside Dingle.

Totally endorse Paul Brown with http://www.kenmaretaxitours.com/home.html He has a new van that is perfect for viewing and touring and he can drive it to places I could not motor a bicycle! He provides great commentary and a great knowledge of the area. He will ask what you like and what you have seen and will chose your tour locations based on that. We did a full day tour of the RofK and it ws a blast. He will pick you up at your B&B or hotel. I think his price is on his web site and at first look I was a bit worried that it was too pricey but it was the best money I spent on our vacation. As our driver it gave me a break to see the sights and Paul went places we would never have located. He also helped us plan our next days tour of the Ring of Berea that we drove ourselves. I hope he is available. Great guy!
