Ireland tour stops

Does anyone know if the Best of Ireland in 14 days RS tour visits the Guinness brewery and/or the Temple Bar? If not, is there days where we might have time to visit on our own?

I'm going on that tour soon. Here's what RS said about it:

"Here are suggestions for sightseeing that we will not be doing as a group: National Museum, National Gallery, Dublin Castle, Dublin Writers' Museum, Guinness Brewery and Gravity Bar, EPIC: The Irish Emigration Museum. You may also enjoy visiting the Brú Na Bóinne archaeological site, home to the Newgrange burial tomb (book several weeks in advance; shuttle bus available from Dublin)."

We are going to Dublin a couple of days before the tour starts and will see some of them then.

The tours do not go to either and pretty easy to do on your own. You need to prebook Guinness.
We enjoyed the Guinness tour and did the special learn to pour session. It was fun. We also enjoyed the Epic museum.

We arrived 2 days earlier, bought Hop On Hop Off passes on the Big Red Bus. Eoin was our great bus driver/guide. Used the bus a lot. Went to Guinness, Temple Bar, the Brazen Head. Bank on College Green. Then started the RS tour. The tour was EXCELLENT!

I'd suggest dumping Temple Bar for something like the Cobblestone, the Celt, or the Brazen Head. I find Temple Bar crowded and drunken and the music is generally "top 40" (Galway Girl, Dirty Old Town, etc.). I understand there's an effort to spruce it up. Maybe if I was in my 20's it would seem like fun.
