Fly, either to Liverpool or Manchester. It’s an easy train ride from Manchester airport to Liverpool Lime street station, right in the city centre. There’s no trains at John Lennon airport in Liverpool, you’d have to take a bus or a cab to the city centre.

Stonehenge is nowhere near Liverpool.

Wales is a big place, November isn’t the best time to see it with the short days and a good chance of overcast skies and rain.

How many days do you have, and how restricted is your budget? Oh, and what part of Ireland will you be in?

If you're going to be in the southeast of Ireland, then the Rosslare-Fishguard ferry would not be out of your way and it would put you in Wales. The trip itself takes 3 1/2 hours, but if you've ever traveled by ferry you know that there's additional time getting there, waiting for the boat to get underway, etc. See https://www.rome2rio.com/map/Rosslare-Harbour/Fishguard

In general, flying is the better option, even allowing for the time in airport security.
