Hello! I am just beginning the process of putting together an itinerary for a 11-12 day trip to Ireland for mid-April with our 6-year-old daughter. Having read many of the posts here, I believe we'll fly into Dublin and then take the bus to Galway where we will then rent a car (very comfortable driving on the left) to loop back to Dublin from the south for sightseeing and departure. Thus far, I'm set on Galway (obviously), Aran Islands, and Dingle Peninsula, and time in Dublin, but otherwise quite open to suggestions. I would like to do a mix of two and one-night stays and some advice on those are welcome as well. What recommendations do people have for things that might particularly appeal to an imaginative, adaptable, active, music-loving child? She's quite good with museums, restaurants, and does not need/like to be in bed by 8. Thanks!
