Ireland Itinerary help

My mom, stepdad and I will be arriving in Dublin on June 20th, 2019 and departing Dublin July 2. That means we have 11 days to work with not including our departure day. I was planning on following the first 14 days of Rick Steve’s “Ireland’s Best Three Week Trip by Car” but we will now need to cut it short. Here is the itinerary I was planning to follow. Can anyone give me advice on what to shorten or skip?
Day 1 Dublin
Day 2 Dublin
Day 3 drive through Glendalough-sleep in Kilkenny
Day 4 Rock of Cashel- sleep in Waterford
Day 5 Waterford
Day 6 explore County Wexford and Cobh- sleep in Kinsale
Day 7 Kinsale
Day 8 Drive to Kenmare-sleep in Kenmare
Day 9 Ring of Kerry- sleep in Dingle
Day 10 Dingle Peninsula loop- sleep in Dingle
Day 11- Blasket Island, Dingle Town - sleep in Dingle
Day 12 Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, Dunguaire Castle banquet- sleep in Galway
Day 13 Aran Islands- sleep in Galway
Day 14 drive back to Dublin- sleep in Dublin
Day 15 fly out

We don’t want to be rushed so we would rather skip some things and change hotels less often but we have no idea what to skip or shorten. Help!

I would suggest cutting out the ROK. Especially if you would be doing it from Dingle. Way too much driving in this itinerary. If you have 11 days, then I would pick 4 places to overnight tops. Otherwise, you will see Ireland behind your windshield.
I would also cut out The Burren area and Cliffs of Moher
