I will be in Ireland for 12 nights late Setember early October. Flying in and out of Shannon. Starting in Galway and spending several days in and around that area then heading down into Dingle for several days leaving Dingle and driving the Ring of Kerry ending in Kenmare. Most of the routes I have read about all assume you are starting in Kenmare. Is it possible to leave Dingle early, drive the ring and even stay in Bantry? Or is Kenmare the best stopping point. I would like to see the Killarney National Park.
Any advice is appreciated.
