Ireland Honeymoon

Hello -
I'm researching Ireland honeymoons. Does anyone have suggestions for romantic destinations/accomodations/activities/places of interest?
Specifically in Dublin, Killarney, Kilkenny, Galway, Dingle, Cork, and Northern Ireland.

Transportation is all worked out (car), and length of stay is flexible, but probably 2-3 weeks.

Take a look at Ashford Castle - their school of falconry is pretty cool. Even if you didn't stay there, just doing the falcon experience would make quite a memory.

Ballyboy House, just outside of Cahir, County Tipperary. It's an incredible place.
