Is the heritage pass and pamphlet included in the Rick Steves tours of Ireland. Down the road my family and I are thinking of going to Ireland and I was wondering if we should invest in the pass and pamphlet, partly since it looks like there’s free time on the tours which I’m guessing are out of our pocket.
