Ireland Castle stay??

I would appreciate any suggestions on an Ireland Castle stay of 2 nights. We are looking in the Killarney area or up by Connemara. Ashford is booked.

For what it's worth, we will be staying at Ballynihinch in the Connemara region. A friend stayed there and loved it.
