Ireland blank slate 21 days

Jessaca, It would be good if you could look at some Ireland tour books to see what interests you. People on this forum will be able to give you some suggestions once you give us some ideas about your interests, where you'd like to go and what you'd like to see.

Thanks, I have been looking through them slower then usual since it is suppose to be off season.

Really I just want to experience Ireland, I have never been outside the USA and this is my first trip. I would like to be able to be around locals.

jessaca-as Sarah points out, it will be helpful, and you'll get more response if you can give us an idea of what you hope to see? Why do you want to go to Ireland? If you are interested in archeological sites and relics, then a "must see" for someone interested in traditional music won't be of much help. Investing in the Rick Steve's Ireland book, or other good guide book, will transform your experience, and you'll know what you really want to see and therefore what you want to ask about.
Ireland's an extremely welcoming country, you'll have a blast. Start by putting down a rough itinerary of where you want to go, and post it here, you'll get some good feedback.
