Ireland - April 8 days - No car

Greetings! Our family (husband, daughter 14 yrs and son 9yrs) are traveling to Ireland in April. My husband and I studied abroad in Ireland in college (early 2000s), but have not traveled there on our own. While everyone says driving there is doable, we simply have too much anxiety about it and have decided to design our trip around other transportation options. Looking for and appreciate any feedback on the following itinerary:

Day 1 Friday - Arrive in Dublin 5am. Since its so early, plan to take morning train straight to Galway for 3 nights. Should arrive in Galway might afternoon allowing us to just rest and settle.

Day 2 Saturday - Tour trip to Cliffs of Moher, Burren

Day 3 Sunday - TBD in Galway

Day 4 Mon - Travel to Killarney by way of private driver, stay in Killarney 2 nights

Day 5 Tues - Dingle Tour

Day 6 Weds - Killarney National Park then evening train to Dublin (there is 7:40 train)

Day 7 Thurs - Explore, take it easy in Dublin

Day 8 Fri - Wicklow tour?

Day 9 Sat - Depart Dublin

Sounds good to me. My only suggestion would be to take the bus to Galway. It picks you up outside the terminal. That way you don’t have to bus to city center and transfer to the train.
