Soliciting feedback from anyone who has taken this tour lately....
I am planning to meet up with my cousin who lives in Dublin while the tour is there the last 2 days. Itinerary shows free time in Dublin in the afternoon/evening of Day 5 and the afternoon of Day 6.
Wondering which day will give the most free time.

We just did this tour in July. Afternoon of Day 6 is the most free time. Day 5 is mostly just free in the evening - we stopped at the jail first and didn't get to check in at the hotel until later. The orientation walk took some time and then we were on our own, but basically just time for dinner on our own on Day 5. But we stayed one extra night so we had a whole day free and it was worth it to see more of Dublin.

The final group dinner on day 6 is always a nice way to wrap up a tour; but if you prefer to skip to continue your visit with your cousin; just let the guide know you won't be attending.
On all 3 of our tours we've had at least one person on the tour skip something to meet up with family or old friends who happen to live where were are visiting.
