Well, I have a thousand things I need to do today, but I'm doing this.......
Two seniors, carry-on luggage, public transportation only, April, 2027.
New variables-
We must fly into/out of Dublin, as our British Airways visa won't give us a 10% discount if we use Aer Lingus as the short hop out of Shannon. This adds up for Business Class. We can't find any BA flights out of Shannon .
If we stay in Doolin, the trip to Dublin airport is longer than Galway, so we tentatively are back to Galway.
4 nights Dublin
2 nights Cork (Imperial Hotel?)
-stop at House of Waterford on the way
-Midleton Distillery a must
- day trip to Kinsale (30-45 min bus?) and or Cobh
3 nights Dingle (four hours from Cork?)
Private driver to Galway (or Doolin) about 3 hours $$$
3 nights Galway
1 night Dublin airport
So kindly, what do you all think?
Plans are still evolving.
Thanks so much!
