I will be going to Inishmore with 3 other adults on September 1. I just booked our flights from Connemara, arriving around 8:40 in the morning (before ferries arrive) and we would like to rent ebikes for the day. Should we reserve ahead? Recommended company? Any advise regarding bikes and our day in Inishmore are gratefully welcome. Thanks.

My last visit was pre-pandemic, but we used the Aran Islands Bike Hire which is located very close to the port. Go to end of dock, turn right, you are there......

At that time, it was necessary to reserve in order to get an ebike. Boy did having an ebike make a difference! I would contact them through the website info listed above and see what they recommend about reservations at this time.
