IBIS in Belfast

I'm searching for hotels in Belfast for May, 2018, and the IBIS is coming up at $156 per night. This seems very pricey to me for an IBIS. Am I doing something wrong? If this is correct, does anyone have suggestions for a hotel that is a better value?
