You might look into Holiday Inn Express and, almost next door, Crowne Plaza at Northwood Park, Santry, Dublin. The shuttle actually arrives and departs from the Crowne Plaza for both hotels. At Dublin Airport, look for the shuttle in the area beyond the (stand alone) chapel.

Further to Bonnie's tip on the HI options, we stayed at the HI Express a few years ago. Reliable shuttle, plus a good Italian restaurant around the corner. (Little Venice. https://www.littlevenicesantry.ie/)

I'll be at the Radisson Blu the night before my flight out of DUB. It and the Maldron are on the airport grounds, you could walk to the terminals. The others mentioned are farther away, you'll need a ride.

I agree with Bonnie. I also stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and was very satisfied. Look for the Crown Plaza shuttle though. I remember being confused because in 2018 there was nothing to indicate it also served the HI Express.

Currently there at Hilton off Mathaladie and it's great service, large clean rooms full bar & restaurant.
