Does anyone have some suggestions of a hotel to stay over in Cork that is close to the highlights of the City of Cork?

My wife and I stayed at the Rive Lee Hotel. It was an easy walk to the downtown area. Also https://libertygrill.ie/ was an amazing breakfast spot. https://www.sonofabun.ie/ was a hoping burger place. We visited Cork in August 2023.
Final note: https://corkghosttour.ie/, was a hidden gem that we didn't see advertised and found by happenstance.
