Hello, I am planning additional nights in Belfast following the end of our September tour with RS. The last hotel we will be at is the Europa Hotel Belfast. I emailed to see if they had availability for the extra nights and the quoted price seemed to be very high (445-553 pounds per night). Does anyone have recommendations for other hotels in Belfast? Thanks!
Did you explain to them that you were already staying there with the RS tour and request the same rate? All they can do is say no, but they might say yes.
One block from the Europa is the Holiday Inn City Center. It was nice and well located.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Harrison Chambers Hotel in Belfast this past May. The decor is quirky and memorable; the staff are excellent; and the breakfast buffet, along with ordering from a menu, is superb. We loved the location in the University/Queen's Quarter. The hotel is located close to the Botanical Gardens and the Queen's University of Belfast. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We did take a cab to Titanic Belfast and to the Falls Road area where we started our political walking tour with Coiste Tours. I would absolutely stay here again.
Not sure of their rates, but we also LOVED The Harrison Rooms of Distinction. Great place, amazing staff, nice location with a great breakfast and bar for a nightcap.
We stayed at The Flint, which was basically across the street from the Europa. This was a couple years ago, but we were happy with the room and I remember the price was quite reasonable.
