Hiring driver/guide for 7 days and 6 nights

Family of 5 adults traveling from Shannon, New Rossi, Kilkenny, Dublin and Belfast. I was wondering about suggestions of hiring a driver/guide where time is limited. We have driven on previous times but a bigger car this time and covering more territory. Cities have not been finalized.
