Which tour has the most outdoor hiking available?

I don't know if you're talking about Rick Steves tours exclusively, but it looks like the 14-day Ireland tour is classified as very active, and the 8-day tour is moderately active. You'd have to look at the itineraries to see where the hiking/walking actually takes place. (I haven't taken either of these tours.)
Also, there are companies out there which specialize in hiking tours of Ireland, both self-guided and guided. A Google search pulls up several.

Thank you. Yes I am talking about the Tours. I am planning the 14 day Ireland with Rick Steve's Tours.
