Word of caution about renting a car from the above agency at the dublin airport. We had a flat tire on our trip. We called their emergency # and because we did not have the tire coverage we agreed to pay for a new tire. When we got back to check the car in on the end of our trip the car inspector said it was not the same brand as the other tires which were not new. We got the only tire available in the correct size to continue our journey. No one on the hotline told us it had to be the same brand and we would have been stranded. Anyway there was only one inspector there and he was very busy so he said they would email my receipt. We had to catch a flight so i agreed which was my mistake. They sent me a bogus email with pictures that I ruined the wheel and the tire was not the same brand! We had driven another week on that tire/wheel and there was no problems. They charged an extra 350 euros for this. I had made the reservation with auto europe with the tire coverage. that is another story in its self but after jumping thru many hoops and months later I might finally get a refund. In hind sight I will never leave the car agency without the final report. And I also recommend you buy the coverage direct from the rental agency and not a third party like auto europe!

I would like to know what the issue was with autoeurope, since you had tire coverage seems to me they should have covered you.

So I have been dealing with the warranty at Auto Europe for months. I have sent them everything they have asked for. Somethings multiple times. It is beyond ridiculous! They think of something new all the time. They hope you will give up! I will not! Going on 5 months now and still do not have my refund! Do NOT use Auto Europe!
