Help on the last three days of a 20 day solo journey

Hi
I'm going to Ireland as a solo golfer/road tripper this August. I'm stuck on what to do the last three days before heading home. I'll be in the Dingle area needing to get back to Dublin three days later.
I am taking a counter clockwise route the around the island starting in Dublin on August 8th. Almost like the RS 14 day route in his latest tour guide just bacwards. I am adding a lot of golf in there also.
Here is what I have planned so far.
August 8 - 11
Dublin - Staying at Trinity College for three nights. Will not have a car. Plan on doing the popular sites with a Saturday night in the Temple Bar area.
August 11 - 14
Pick up rental car at Dublin airport. Visit Bru Na Bonne on the drive to Royal Portrush. I will spend the time here to play golf and visit Giants Causeway and other sites in the area.
August 14 - 17
Belmullet / Mayo County. I plan on playing the Carne GL one one of these days with the second being a rest day where I just kick back and relax.
August 17 - 19
Two night stay in Galway with the first being a Saturday night. Sunday will go to Ashford Castle and do a Falcon walk.
August 19 - 21
Two nights in Doolin with a tour of the Aran Island. Cliffs of Mohr and Golf.
August 21 - 24
Three nights in Dingle. Golfing at least two of those days. Hoping to do the Ring of Kerry drive going to or after golf.

This is where I am stuck. I'm in Dingle Saturday morning needing to get back to Dublin by Tuesday night for a flight back to the states on Wednesday morning.
I'm thinking I have seen a lot of Coast line so far. I'm from Oregon and used to live on the Oregon coast so beautiful ocean views is something I'm used to.
I do love history stuff. So do I go in-land on the way back to Dublin and play some parkland golf instead of links golf.
Any suggestions on a place to stay on Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights where I can enjoy some sites, pubs and golf the next day. I'm just going to stay at or near the airport on Tuesday with a stop at the Trim Castle as one of the last sites to see.
Thanks for suggestions

I'm confused - where is Dirby (August 21-24)? Is that a typo?

Rather than fill the three nights at th end of your itinerary, is there any possibility of adding an extra night to Galway and another to Doolin? Two nights only effectively gives just over one full day in each place.

Yes that was a typo. I am staying three nights in Dingle. So that gives me seven nights in the Southwest area. I'm leaning on two nights in Kinsale and the third in Kilkenny.

Head towards Killarney and the the national park? The Gap of Dunloe and a lake cruise. I really enjoyed Kinsale, and walked around both sides of the harbour and visited Charles Fort. Rock of Cashel is definitely worth a stop, and Kilkenny is a nice little town. Climb the tower at St. Candice’s for a great view, and the castle is nice, if largely reconstructed.
