Has anyone stayed at any of these hotels in Ireland?

These are the hotels we are scheduled to stay in during our time in Ireland -

Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, Dublin (2 nights)
Dooley's Hotel, Waterford
International Hotel, Kerry (2 nights)
Ardilaun Hotel, Galway
Everglades Hotel, Derry
Croke Park Hotel, Dublin
Jury's Inn Christchurch, Dubin

All but the last one are part of our CIE Tour. Please comment if you've stayed in any of these. They look nice on Trip Advisor but jut curious if anyone has any personal experiences with them. Thanks!

We stayed 1 night at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff this past summer. The hotel was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downside I would say, is that it wasn't in the best part of town if you like to walk to most sights. Our package did not have the breakfast included so I cannot comment on the food. There was a bus stop right across the street so it was super convenient to get to from the airport.

I've stayed at the Jury's Inn Christchurch.

Great location. Good breakfast. Not air conditioned and I was there during a surprising warm spell. They do have fans in the room. My kettle was used by the previous guest to make soup and never cleaned out. Lots of tour groups.

The staff was very good and attentive to problems.

For a couple of nights with your group it will be fine.

I have not stayed in any of the hotels you listed, but I did go on a CIE tour in September, 2015. Every one of the hotels were very nice. They were on par with nice US hotels. All but one was within walking distance to sites. Only one (castle) had a lot of charm Beds, bedding, bathrooms all very nice. Breakfasts typical "full Irish". Most if not all of your dinners will be in the hotel restaurants which will be very good and well prepared but not exceptional. I had a top notch experience with CIE. Have a great trip.

I've stayed at Jury's Inn Christchurch in Dublin. The location is great for walking around the city, and one of my favorites for breakfast, lunch, or tea and treats is located nearby: Queen of Tarts. I'd recommend asking for a room away from the elevator, if possible- ours was next to it and it was noisy. And there' s a Leo Burdock for good fish and chips just around the corner. Ireland is near and dear to my heart- have a wonderful time!

The International Hotel Killarney is in the town centre area. I have not stayed but eat there often and the food is excellent. Its a nice warm friendly hotel and expect rooms are excellent based on Foyer area .
