Guinness

Just wondering if you can pre buy tickets to the Guinness store house? I know the place gets pretty busy.
Thanks

We went earlier this month, first thing in the morning, didn't prebuy our tickets and we were pretty much first in line. They weren't all that busy first thing in the morning.

Thanks for all the information. We are going in mid June and late in the day so we probably will buy ours in advance.

i wanted to do this but decided to pass. was disappointed they don't show you the actual brewery. I don't need "the experience"

plus, you still have to pay the €14 to get in even if all you want to do is buy stuff at the Guinness Store.

You know this is our second trip to Ireland and we have pretty much planned to skip most of the usual tourist traps. But we also decided to include a few just to see what they are like. Guinness is one of them, we booked a tour for late in the day because we are hoping to actually eat dinner up in the gravity bar. We are not so sure about seeing other sights like the Titanic expierence because we got so much out of Cobh when we went last time. Also the cliffs of Moer were just packed last time and you can no longer lay down on the edge.
So at least for us a lot of the usual stops will not happen but some of the popular places will be included. We all have different interests and tastes and I think Ireland has enough to please everyone.
We leave in a week and are really looking forward to it.

We went last minute on our last morning in Ireland. We weren't planning on it but decided to do it after all. We really liked it & it wasn't that crowded first thing. Hope you enjoy your trip as much as we did.

We had lunch at Guinness and the stew was the best I ever ate!
