We will be in Dingle this upcoming April and my oldest son is an avid fisherman. I would be interested in a guided fishing experience, any recommendations?
You don't seem to be getting a response on this, so here's a suggestion. Look in the Travel forum for Ireland. Click through the topics to 9/27/16 to the post, "Pub outside of Dingle with weekend dancing" The first response if from Stephenmc ( he's a RS guide, among many other things). Send him a PM and he may have some advice for you. He knows everything about the town and the area. He might be busy with other stuff now that the season has quieted, but it's worth a try.
No experience but I did find this site that may be helpful

Greetings from Dingle, I was over in California for an end-of-tour-season vacation. The best guided fishing experience in my humble opinion is Rory O'Connor and his boat - the 'Molly-O".
He can be found at www.deepseadingle.com
Rory is a qualified and friendly skipper, he take me and my family out every month just beyond the harbour and we catch mackerel and pollock, and then bring them back to John Bennys pub where they are served back to us in the form of the freshest fish&chips ever!
Rory can also bring you further out for some real serious fishing where there are sharks and rays and all other sorts of wonderful creatures.
