Golf on the Dingle Peninsula

My family and I, 14 of us, are traveling to Ireland for a two-week trip in July, 2014. We're renting a house in Dingle for much of the trip. While some of the group will be concentrating on geneological investigation four of us(brothers) want to play golf 3 times during the second week. Any course recommendations for courses on the Dingle Peninsula? We're considering the two courses at Ballybunion(Old and Cashen) and Dingle golf links. We're all about 12 handicap. Also, how much do you tip a caddy in addition to the standard fee?

I'm planning a trip to Ireland in July as well. I'm thinking about playing Ballybunion Old, Connemara Links and Lahinch. On my first trip to Ireland I played Dingle Links and Castlegregory. Both are nice courses, the scenery is probably better than the course itself. Both are very playable and not too difficult.
