Looks like you have a full day on your own while in Dingle. Dingle Golf Links is not far away. Tralee and Ballybunion are further away; these are more bucket list golf courses.
Also looks like you have an afternoon free in Kinsale. The Kinsale golf course is highly regarded as well.
If you arrive in Dublin a day early, Royal Dublin Golf Course is wonderful and close by too. Portmarnock Resort is near Dublin and has golf packages for their course. That is different from Portmarnock Golf Club, which is also a bucket list course.
I was able to book everything online ahead of time.
We did the Heart of Ireland trip a number of years ago. Flew into Shannon a few days early and played Ballybunion ( both old and new) and then Lahinch before the tour started in Ennis. Then after the tour ended in Dublin we played Royal Dublin and Royal County Down. We did not bring our clubs, but rented at each course, and the clubs were of very good quality. We took a glove, tees, and balls. Just wore our tennis or walking shoes.
Golfing in Ireland is wonderful! We are actually going back this fall for a golf trip, plus some sightseeing.
