We have a full day in Dingle and Dublin and my husband would like to play golf in either location. Are there any public courses in either of those locations where you can rent clubs as well?

The only golf club near Dingle is Dingle Golf Links, about 10 miles NW of Dingle, further down teh peninsula. Their website says "golf clubs, trolleys, and buggies all available to hire."

We loved the Dingle Golf Club (aka Cheann Sibeal or Sybil's Head)! It looked much easier than it played but was great fun and had some wonderful views! We rented clubs and a pull cart with no problems. This was back 2015 though so I would definitely check ahead.
