Hello,
I posted a question for managing a gluten free diet on Rick Steve’s 7 day trip to Ireland last week. I was trying to edit it because I misspelled gluten, and also wanted to respond to people that were kind enough to give me information, but I accidentally deleted the topic.
Thank you for your responses and I’m still interested if there is more information out there.
