We"re traveling to Waterford, Kinsale, Kilkee, Doolin, Dingle, Knock and Carrick on Shannon next week. Has anyone who's traveled to those towns noticed if any pub or restaurant offers gluten free fish and chips? Any other recommendations for gluten free restaurants along the way? I've searched the Find Me Gluten Free app, but these are relatively small towns, not finding much. I'd be disappointed if I had to eat a bunless burger every night.
