Giants Causeway

We will arrive by car to giants causeway.
Are there any free washrooms? We have been told there are washrooms in the visitor centre but you have to pay the full entrance fee to get in. Not cheap!

Someone also mentioned the Giants causeway hotel but i cant imagine they allow the public to walk in and use their washrooms

Thoughts?
Suggestions?

From the national trust website yes you have to pay full admission fee to use those in the Visitor Centre, but the ones at the hotel are external to the hotel ie- you don't go inside the hotel to use them. They are for what the National Trust calls "walkers". -those who just want to park up (note that car park is a park by phone one and they have you every way, you still have to pay £10) and visit the site.
This is a walkers car park, not the Visitor Centre one. That is reserved for those who are willing to pay up for the whole "Visitor Experience".

So you only save £5.50 by not going to the Visitor Centre.

It has been several years since my visit, but there were free restrooms located outside the visitor’s center at that time.
