We had a nice stay at 7 Boutique Hotel right in town - surprisingly quiet considering where it is. Nice breakfast, comfy rooms, maybe tough to maneuver stairs with a large bag.
We normally stay at The Prague House (on other side of river, closer to our favorite music venue, The Crane Bar), which due to not using booking.com etc., they often have last minute openings. Google for an email/phone.
