We arrive in Ireland March 6. We are visiting Dublin, Belfast and Portrush. Then one night in Derry. We will be leaving Derry on March 11th, stopping in donegal and probably Clifden. The plan is to be in Galway by the 15th, stay till the 18th and fly out of Dublin on the 19th. Do you think this is a good plan? Any suggestions regarding St Paddy’s day? Maybe we should be somewhere else to celebrate? Thanks in advance for your help!

I too will be in Ireland for St. Patrick’s Day. We had a very hard time getting a hotel anywhere near Dublin’s City center that weekend. I read about some other great places to celebrate that may not be as busy. I was wondering if anyone had experiences in other places other than Dublin that they truly enjoyed.
