In Galway this August. Should I book the ferry ride to Inishmore ahead of time, or can I just walk up? It would be mid-week. Trying to maximize my flexibility.

Hi. I just booked our ferry ride for 3 passengers from Galway City to Inis Mor as we needed a Sunday in August. You can cancel up to 24 hours prior for a full refund.

I prefer to book ahead, but that's just me. I think in August, it would be wise to do so. I mainly am replying regarding the cancellation policy (https://www.aranislandferries.com/refunds.php) as this bit may make cancelling and rebooking within a 24-hour window not possible: No rescheduling bookings inside 24 hours of departure time. I included a link, so take a look and see if you read it the same way, and if so, just be aware when booking and rescheduling.
