Four Seasons B&B Galway

Has anyone stayed at the Four Seasons in Galway recently?

I have made many bed & breakfast reservations easily. Both on b&b websites and sending email requests.

Four Seasons never sent a confirmation. I waited a couple of days and then sent an email and inquired on their contact page (on website). I have not received a response.

They requested my credit card information at the time I made the reservation. Not getting a response is making me uneasy. Also, our trip is in 3 months so I need to secure a reservation at another b&b soon.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I stayed there and it was fine. This was in 2004 so take it for what it's worth.

After receiving no response to multiple requests for a confirmation, I have cancelled my reservation

I made a reservation with another B&B in Galway that has been very responsive (like every other b&b that I have booked reservations with, throughout Ireland).

I should have checked Four Seasons reviews on Trip Advisor before contemplating staying there. It would have saved me a lot of time.

I'm all set now.

I've found all of Rick Steves B&B recommendations wonderful except Four Seasons.
