We will be traveling to Ireland in Sept. 2023 round trip flights in/out of Dublin. We always prefer direct flights. Any feedback on best airlines/flights to Dublin?

Only Aer Lingus fly direct.

One thing that is really nice about leaving from Dublin is that, if flying directly to the USA, you can do customs and immigration in Dublin.

We flew Aer Lingus for LAX-Dublin and have no complaints.

We took the non stop from SFO and it was fine. We paid to select our seats. Be prepared when flying home, as previously mentioned you go through security at first and then a second time before you go through US customs in Dublin. Great when you get home. I'm guessing Aer Lingus is the best bet from-to LA.
