Looking for regional flight from Dublin to Amsterdam. Reliability & reasonable carry-on restrictions are top priorities.

I would suggest having a look at your options on Google Flights, Skyscanner, or Kayak first. The airline websites will list their luggage restrictions, but expect to pay extra even for carry on with the budget airlines. KLM, Aer Lingus and Ryanair appear to have multiple flights daily.

Ryanair, Aer Lingus and KLM have nonstop flights.
