Any experiences, good and bad with flying Aer Lingus to Dublin? It is direct from Seattle and the cheapest.

Aer Lingus is a fine airline. Nothing more. Nothing less. It will get you there for the price quoted.

We flew Aer Lingus SFO to Dublin, Cork to London, London to Dublin and Dublin to SFO. Our experience with them was very good. We even got unexpectedly upgraded on one of the short flights for no known reason. Our flight home was somewhat delayed. We were in their lounge for the delay. All very pleasant.

We flew Seattle to Dublin on Aer Lingus in business class. It was wonderful and delightful. Comfy seats, surprisingly good food, cheerful and friendly flight crew. They even play Irish trad music while boarding. We also flew Dublin - Edinburgh on Aer Lingus in coach on an ATR turboprop, and while the seats and cabin were a wee bit snug, that's due to the aircraft size, not the airline. It was perfectly decent, zero complaints. I'd fly Aer Lingus again anytime, with no hesitation.

We've flown SEA to DUB on Aer Lingus and we often fly between Bordeaux and Dublin, too. Always coach so cannot speak to other classes of service. No complaints and we will fly them again (in fact, flying on Aer Lingus this fall.) If you've flown Iceland Air, it's comparable.

Hello,
I love Aer Lingus! Great price, very nice staff, smooth flight and comfortable! Join their free flying club as well! I'm flying with them again soon as their prices can't be beat! Especially from the USA to Dublin!
