So that's 8 nights on the ground? It's ambitious, but do-able, I guess except the last couple of days. Leaving Dingle, driving to Killarney (National Park?) will take half a day. Then several more hours to ROC and Kilkenny. No way you will get in all of that, plus Kilkenny Castle and biking. You will be spending LOTS of time driving by things, rather than getting out and experiencing the charm of the people and villages. Personally, I would rather see less, but really experience it. I think most first-time visitors try to do/see too much. I totally understand that you want to make the most of your time. But for me, the charm of Ireland is talking to people and soaking up the gorgeous scenery.

I'm not firmed up on all the stops. Do you think the overnight locations make sense? 2N - Dublin, 2N - Galway, 2N - Dingle area, 2N Kilkenny, last night Dublin. I like to see more vs less. I'm ok with missing some of the Irish 🍀 charm. Not including day of departure, mid morning, 9 days on ground for touring.
