Anyone been to Epic Ireland in Dublin? How did you like it? Informative or kitschy?

TripAdvisor has over 300 reviews, mostly excellent but with a few detractors. I would read some of these reviews. I've never heard it mentioned on this forum. It does seem a bit pricey for my money (€16) especially for this type of a museum. Even the Louvre doesn't cost that much.

I visited it in September. It has interactive exhibits regarding all aspects of the Irish Diaspora. Why, who, where, etc, plus sections about contributions of Irish in various areas -- science, entertainment, etc. visitors get a passport with sections to be stamped as you go through each area. It is pricey but offers senior citizen discounts. I liked it.
