Flight from Boston lands very early into Shannon and I’m wondering if anyone knows places in Galway where we might find an early morning breakfast. Many thanks.

How early does your flight land at Shannon? Most of the flights I saw land about 6:00 or later. It'll be between 1-2 hours before you get to Galway (depending on how you're traveling) so it won't be all that early and most places that serve breakfast will be open by then. Sorry, I don't have any specific recommendations for restaurants.

A soon as you land you could walk across the parking lot 3 minutes to the Park Plaza which has a 13 euro breakfast setup. Part buffet, they will cook your eggs to order, and pretty good coffee. You can juts walk in. They open at 0630.
Otherwise it will be 1 1/2 hours to Galway.
