Dublin to Cork and stops in between

Can someone tell me if this is too much for one day?
I am visiting in June.
Dublin to Wicklow Mountains, Powerscourt Gardens, Glendalough then on to the Rock of Cashel. Rock of Cashel to Macroom, Cork hoping to arrive around 6:00pm.

I think that is too much for one day. We left Dublin around 9:00 a.m., and headed to the Powerscourt Gardens, Glendalough (ate lunch there), and then drove to Kilkenny, which is where we stayed for the night. I think we arrived in Kilkenny around 5 or 6 p.m.

Driving alone, your itinerary is probably a minimum of 7 hours. I know Google maps says 5ish, but I promise you, it will take longer than that.

The Powerscourt Gardens are beautiful, and you want time to walk around and explore. Same with Glendalough - there are beautiful trails and scenery, and the ruins are fun to explore. And a lot of the drive from Glendalough westward, at least until you get to the M9 or M7, is very slow moving, windy roads, etc. We went to the Rock of Cashel after our two night stay in Kilkenny. You want a couple of hours there too, don't sell it short, it is incredible.

Thank you for your reply, I appreciate it. We will probably go straight to Cork after Glendalough.
