Dublin to Cliffs of Moher to Dingle in one day

I decided last minute to join my friends on a trip to Ireland. They were flying in and out of Dublin, so that's where I bought my tickets through too. Nothing was planned at the time (and still isn't completely - which is what I'm working on :)), and we should have flown into Shannon and out of Dublin, but it's too late to change it now! One of the group wants to see Cliffs of Moher more than anything. We land in Dublin at 8:30 am, and were originally going to head to Dingle that day. However, if we are going to see the Cliffs of Moher this would be the only day to do it. Has anyone driven from Dublin to the Cliffs of Moher, and then driven on to Dingle? I know we will be tired, and I don't know how long people usually spend at the Cliffs to really enjoy them. Any advice or experience would be helpful!

The rest of our itinerary is as follows. I have read many people on this forum recommend the Kerry Cliffs over Moher, but I don't know if they have the same look as Moher. I was thinking they might be easier to see if we took a day off of Dingle to drive all or part of the Ring of Kerry instead. Or are there any similar cliffs on the Dingle Peninsula loop?

Day 1: Land in Dublin and drive or fly to Dingle (maybe via Cliffs of Moher)
Day 2: Dingle loop
Day 3: Dingle
Day 4: Drive to Cashel via Killarney National Park, Muckross House, and Rock of Cashel
Day 5: Drive to Dun Laoghaire via Glendalough and Powerscourt
Day 6: In County Wicklow for wedding
Day 7: Dublin

Thanks for your help!

I would not recommend that much driving after an overnight flight. I would seriously consider spending night 1 in Dublin and starting fresh to Dingle on day 2.

We were at the Cliffs for about 1.5 hours.

I agree with Sharon. It would be tooooo long of a day, especially after a long flight.
