I’m assuming it’s a Tourist Information Centre. Link: https://www.visitdublin.com/plan/traveller-information
I went into one years ago but don’t remember it having lockers.

There is no luggage storage at the Tourist Information Office but Stasher have several places you can store luggage in Dublin.
