I'm looking for recomendations for resturants/pubs with food in Dublin for a group of 12. Can we make reservations for a group this size? We will be near the EPIC Emigration museum, The Guinness Brewery, and the Ballsbridge area on different days. Thanks for your help!

A pub I love that can accommodate the size of your group is the Brazen Head: https://brazenhead.com/. They're located near the Liffey River and serve food, but I don't know about reservations.
O'Neill's Pub in central Dublin (http://www.oneillspubdublin.com/) definitely has food, and it felt like it was big enough for a 12-person group. Again, don't know about reservation policy.
I stayed in Ballsbridge in 1993 and remember a great pub on Leeson Street but cannot remember its name. Ask around when you're there.

Right behind EPIC is Urban Brewing, which is in a very cool building. Also has a nice patio area. It's a big place that should be able to accommodate you.
The Church, which is north of the Liffey, west of O'Connell Street, is a very big place with a fairly traditional pub menu. There's often music there, though not when we were there (3:30pm-ish on a Friday in March).
