Dublin - monthly rental?

Any suggestions for renting accommodation in Dublin by the week or month for a long stay in a furnished 1-2 bedroom place? Thanks.

Just a heads-up: I believe that this past year, Ireland has imposed severe restrictions on AirBnB (and other short-term vacation rentals) in Dublin and some other specific places. If you find a rental through one of those companies, be sure it's legit.

Take a look at booking.com and use their filters to narrow down your choices based on price, location, access to the DART, etc.
In general, prices will go down the further away from the city center you go. The Ballsbridge area in particular is very nice - it's a bit of a hike to walk from there all the way to St. Stephens Green, but the DART runs thru it making it pretty easy to get around.

Hey Bill, I would warn you Dublin is a very expensive city and a month stay accomodation wise isnt going to be cheap! The public transport is also rather expensive in comparison to other european cities. The south side of Dublin would be considered more upper class and hence the price for accomadation would be higher than if you found somewhere to stay closer to the airport which would be considered north dublin. I would advise you to avoid areas such as ballymun and finglas. You could possibly find somewhere reasonably priced around Santry however.
