Dublin Itinerary -feedback checking my times for advanced tour tickets

We are planning on being in Dublin 1 full day before renting a car and going to SW Ireland. But I do feel a need to buy tickets for things and would appreciate some feedback on the times I am thinking about getting advanced tickets. For background, I will be traveling with 3 teen boys - we move pretty quickly.

Breakfast - Then Following Rick Steves Walking Tour Part 1

930 am Trinity College Book of Kells Experience - Do I need to book in advance?

130 pm Dublin Castle Can we just show up the day of or should I pre- book tickets?

4 pm Kilmainham Gaol - Need to buy tickets for self-guided audio - Kilmainham Gaol

545 pm Guinness Storehouse standard self-guided tour (latest time available. Also their website says they close at 5 pm - but the tickets are available till 16:45. Does that mean if we select this time, we only have 15 minutes to be there?)

Thanks for any feedback, this is a Saturday in March.

In 2019 you did not need to book ahead for the student led tour of Trinity College or the Book of Kells nor was it necessary to do so for Dublin Castle. Having said that, if you are on a tight schedule you might want to book ahead anyways. And unless something has changed, while buying the combined student led tour/Book of Kells tickets will get you into the Book of Kells, it is on a standby basis. So you wait until space opens. If you buy a timed ticket for the Book of Kells you get into the Book of Kells at that time. I'm not sure what you mean by a self-guided audio tour of Kilmainham Gaol. Their website, https://www.kilmainhamgaolmuseum.ie/, says that it's only a guided tour. Kilmainham Gaol tickets are in high demand so you really should book ahead. Tickets are available 28 days in advance.

I would.personally skip the warehouse. We did not enjoy it and especially going to the Gravity bar if the weather does not.let you see much. Have been to the Gaol tour four times.and still fascinates me. I would quit the day after that as the highlight of your time.in Dublin but that is just my opinion. Enjoy your trip.
